I'm Gerrit, a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, certified as an Associate Data Scientist by BNSP. I have valuable experience in the fields of data, IT, administration, and leadership through internships and organizational involvement. I previously worked as a QA Automation Product Analyst at PT Bank Central Asia, focusing on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies. I also gained hands-on experience as a Data Analyst intern and as a Product Manager, where I collaborated in building targeted digital products that address real user needs. Integrates infrastructure data across sectors and provinces.
Automation Development with RPA on OCR Product
Automated the manual and time-consuming OCR UAT process at BCA using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Microsoft Power Automate. Included an OCR accuracy evaluation using Python with the Levenshtein Distance approach to improve precision and reliability.
Thesis Supervisor Recommendations ML Model
A machine learning-based recommendation tool capable of suggesting thesis supervisors at DTETI FT UGM based on the student's specific topic. Model is trained using faculty publications data obtained through web scraping from Google Scholar. Employs Naive Bayes, ANN, and LSTM methods.
Comparison of Literation Rate and Reading Interest in Indonesia 2021
Dashboard built using Google Data Studio to compare reading literacy index, reading interest index, and the Indonesian literacy development index. Data sourced from Central Statistics Agency, National Library Data, and One Data Indonesia.
Car CO2 Feasibility Prediction Website
A Decision Support System using XGBoost Regression to predict CO2 inspection feasibility. Built with HTML/CSS frontend and Flask Python backend, deployed on Herokuapp.
Image Remove Background Website (Hilangin Yuk)
Computer vision application using Flask Python and HTML+CSS to automatically remove image backgrounds using artificial intelligence. Deployed on Azure Cloud.
Sentiment Analysis of Sexual Harassment on Twitter
NLP project analyzing tweets related to sexual harassment using Random Forest Classifier. Involved data cleaning, lemmatization, and TF-IDF vectorization, achieving an impressive F1 score of 93.5%.
Topic Classification on Restaurant Review
NLP project for sentence classification utilizing the Naive Bayes algorithm. Completed from scratch using only numpy and pandas, achieving 80% accuracy.
